At Crown Hair Studio, we value your time and ours, therefore, we enforce a cancellation policy on select services and reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. Please review our policy details below:

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations.

- No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel late, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied at your next visit if no deposit has been paid. If a deposit was made, it will be forfeited. Note that you may also be considered a no-show if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment.

- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call the studio and speak with a team member. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of this policy. If you arrive on time for your appointment or cancel before the 24-hour deadline, no cancellation fee will be applied. For successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for the service in full once completed.
